Our offer

We believe we have the best range in the UK of wall tiles and floor tiles which are sourced from all over the world to bring you the best quality tiles at the best prices. Our tile selection includes natural stone tiles, slate tiles, glass tiles, mosaic tiles, ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles , all in a variety of sizes. In addition to tile accessories, under floor heating, adhesives, tools and grouts readily available in-store, all of your bathroom, kitchen and conservatory tiling requirements can be met in one place.

Our stock situation

We source tiles from all four corners of the globe to bring you the newest and best designs. We ship hundreds of containers of tiles a year into our distribution centre in Slough Trading Estate and deliver to each of our stores every other day.  Each store has the capacity to stock all of our own product range so we should always be able to supply the Tile Depot range from stock.

Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We are still small enough to care about every customer who comes into one of our stores. If there is ever a problem that cannot be solved in-store our Chief Executive will deal with the problem personally. Not a bad guarantee.

We don't use pushy sales techniques - our Customer Advisors are there solely to provide you with specialist knowledge and advice, guiding you through our extensive tile range to ensure that you make the right decision in terms of quality and pice.

Price promise

"We Won't Be Beaten on Price". In the unlikely event that you find the same product available cheaper elsewhere we guarantee that we will refund the difference. This excludes internet sellers who often operate from a spare bedroom, carry no stock and do not offer a returns policy.

Other services

We also offer a "product loan service" to allow you to take a tile home with you to ensure that it looks as good in your home as it did in our showroom. Factors such as lighting and size of room can change the appearance of the tiles once installed so it's best to make sure that it's right beforehand.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods we will give you a refund (excluding the original delivery charge) provided the goods are returned in perfect condition.

You can choose to return the goods;

a) to our warehouse in Slough, at your expense

b) or we can arrange collection for you, but your refund will be reduced by £18.95 to cover transportation costs

c) or to one of our stores at your expense. Please provide a copy of your order as proof of purchase.

Return of unused tiles

So you don't have to worry about over ordering your tiles, if having completed your tiling job, you wish to return any unused tiles for a refund, then the same 3 options and criteria apply as for cancellations, but you have 28 days from receipt of the goods to action this.
