Role: Store Manager

Salary: Competitive + commission and bonus

As a Store Manager, your key responsibility is to aid in managing the store profitability and maximise customer satisfaction through effective management of all areas of the operation. Daily contact will be made to the Area Manager updating them on current issues and decisions, seeking guidance and support for issues that affect the success of the store and it's people. 

You will develop a positive relationship with other Store Managers ensuring best practice advice is shared and maximum efficiency achieved.
Your role will include building positive relationships with external contacts to maximize efficiency and to represent the business in a professional manner at all times

The ideal candidate will be commercially astute and inspirational; exceptional people who can demonstrate a strong business focus. A training program will prepare you for this position, using your potential for management or existing management experience gained in another retail or trade sector.
With the responsibility of being an essential part of a successful management team, overseeing the day-to-day running of a branch, you will have the ability to inspire and motive a team to drive the business forward. Your aim will simply be to excel and exceed expectations.

Role: Assistant Manager

Salary: Competitive + commission and bonus

With the responsibility of being an essential part of a successful management team, overseeing the day-to-day running of a branch, you will have the ability to inspire and motive a team to drive the business forward. Your aim will simply be to excel and exceed expectations.

Ideally you will have previous managerial experience in a similar role however this is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Role: Warehouse operative

Salary: Competitive 

Ideally we are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lift and move goods throughout the warehouse. The candidate should also be to handle initial complaints in a professional manner and refer to the manager is required.

The candidate will need to have a good attention to detail as a high level of care and accuracy is required when picking and packing goods in the warehouse. The candidate will need to ensure safe handling, storing and repacking of all products following company procedures

Your key relationships include daily contact with Warehouse Manager, as you will be required to update them on current issues and decisions, seeking guidance and support for issues that affect the success and smooth running of the warehouse. You will also be required to develop positive relationships with the team, supporting them in achieving both team and individual goals. You will also communicate in a professional manner to Customers, Store personnel and Head Office personnel presenting themselves in a positive way, acting as an ambassador for the warehouse at all times

Key competencies candidates should be able to demonstrate for the role:-

Role: Sales Advisor

Salary: Competitive

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who will be able to offer exceptional customer service in our showroom.

Duties will include advising retail and trade customers on suitable products, working as a team to achieve store targets, order compiling, maintaining the stores high standards and light warehouse duties; a forklift license would be advantageous.

General showroom responsibilities will include the replenishment of samples and literature as required, along with other ad-hoc duties when necessary.

Experience of the tile industry would be useful but not essential, as full training will be given.
