Tile Depot, the UK’s largest independent tile, stone and wood retailer, is delighted to open a brand new store in Enfield.
Tile Depot’s 17
th branch occupies a prominent position just outside Enfield town centre, on the London Road opposite the Texaco petrol station and has created four jobs for the town. Tile Depot is a totally new type of tile store for Enfield featuring inspirational room-like displays throughout and a massive choice of
the latest wall and floor tiles to suit all tastes, from budget ranges to designer collections.
To celebrate the opening, prices are being wound back with a number of special Opening Offers, saving customers up to 80% off a selection of popular ranges in ceramic, porcelain and natural stone and there are over 100 more tiles at half price.
At Tile Depot, customers can now buy
kitchen wall tiles from just £2.99 per square metre – equivalent to the cost of four pints of milk and a loaf of bread, or an average pint of lager*. Included in the Opening Offers at this incredible price are the glossy Eas Silk White 10x10cm tile, usually £14 and the Grey Country Kitchen, usually £15 per square metre.
Ceramic tiles for walls and floors start at just £4.99 per square metre with some excellent examples for floors such as the 45x45cm Transit Black and the Cosmopolitan Chocolate Anti-Slip tiles of the same size, a perfect choice for bathrooms. And for walls, Opening Offers include the ever-popular 23x40cm Mozart Grey, as well as the 20x60cm Beires Beige - usually £39.10 per square metre - all at just £4.99 per square metre.
The Opening Offers also provide a
choice of porcelain tiles from £8.99 per square metre, and natural stone from just £16.99 with the popular 61x40.6cm
Travertine Honed & Filled natural stone tile. And accessories are included too - the cost of 10 litres of ready-mixed wall tile adhesive has been slashed by two thirds, from £14.99 to just £4.99 per tub.
The whole shopping experience is easy at Tile Depot with professional staff to offer expert advice, the retailers’ useful ‘Loan a Tile’ and ‘Buy Back Unused Tiles’ services and in-store ‘lifestyle’ displays to help customers visualise their finished rooms, demonstrating what can be achieved by using combinations of tiles in different sizes and colours with
mosaics, borders, trims and decorative tiles for various effects.
James Gentleman, store manager at Tile Depot in Enfield, said: “We’re thrilled to open the Enfield store. We provide the best choice of tiles in the UK and the Tile Depot Price Promise ensures customers the best value at all times, but the Opening Offers are really amazing with a square metre of kitchen wall tiles for the cost of a pint and probably three square metres of ceramic tiles for the equivalent of a takeaway for two. For the price of a night out, most of our customers could buy the tiles for their whole bathroom! The huge success of our branch in Whetstone about five miles from here is a testament to our choice, experience and service and it’s fantastic to bring it all to customers in Enfield.”
There are now 17 Tile Depot stores throughout London and the South East – in Aylesbury, Basingstoke, Bedford, Crawley, Cricklewood, Edgware, Enfield, Greenford, Hanwell, High Wycombe, Milton Keynes, Slough, Tonbridge, Uxbridge, Watford, Wembley and Whetstone – all open seven days a week, from 8am till 6pm on weekdays.
